I'm witnessing quite a lot of stress her in the states, so... these are my current list of thing that are great de-stressors during these interesting times...in the happy house, we have got ourselves an accountant called Lana, she grew up in croatia.. and she says they really new how too save after the war...something to contemplate...
!. have gratitude for what you have everyday
2.. take care of what you take for granted like your health
3. only surround yourself with those who love and support you
4. come with a great attitude
5. take a chance live your dreams
6. practice kindness
7. get rid of mochers who can afford them in a recession ?
8. do stuff for free like kissing, reading, songwriting, letter writing, dancing, singing.
9. take up a new hobbie like boggie boarding or playing bacci
10. cook and laugh with friends
11. feel the love...its everywhere
12. if you depressed find a great theripist
13. do yoga, do meditation
14. focus on whats important
15.simplyfy
16. love the earth
17. laugh, a great sense of humour is a great de-stressor...I love too laugh, mainly at my self
