My sister and I are co-creators . We traveled the world together lived in vans and caves, were penniless fed by strangers to bring this album to you . Artists do not really exist in a vacuum they are often surrounded by other artists who support and co-create.
When my sister and I set out from London we only had one question to ask ourselves . If we could do anything , what would we do ?
We decided on a mountain in Spain we would go to the west coast of California and create Rock music ,
So we set out on a journey across the world that took eighteen months . At the time we were reading a lot of Jack Kerouac , Neitzsche and listening to The Doors, we were looking faraway to discover meaning and find ourselves as artists.
There of course were lean times but through it all we really supported each other and kept the dream alive.
She is a talented artist in her own right . She did alot of co-writing on my first album , including Planet Love , Wildflower and Goddess to name a few.
We survived Los Angeles together, lived together for eight years and she came to every session I went to on my first album .
She has been my rock , and often my inspiration to keep going as an artist in an industry which is extremely tough and doesn't always nuture it s artists, she has nurtured me along .
I want to say a massive thank you to Victoria Scott you're a dream sister and a talented artist.
